Zine Soup

Year: 2009

Client: TTC Gallery

Type: Editorial

Zine Soup is a book about small home-made art books and zines, gathered from across the world. One of the few common features of the content is the use of the A format, so the book is designed around a grid in this format. Rather than try to make the material homogeneous, we have used the images unedited — but always cropped to fit the grid. The content is divided into three categories, each with their own design characteristics, ranging from in-depth interviews to short samples of the artists' work. All books are bound in a unique screen printed wrapper for a personal touch. It was produced and published by TTC gallery.
