Urskovens Historie
Design of a visual identity for the exhibition “Urskovens Historie” (The History of the Primeval Forest) in Lejre Municipality. The design consists of signage and infographics that unfold along the exhibition’s timeline and the large illustrations by Lars Horneman, and illustrate how the landscape has evolved from the Ice Age to the present day. The infographics feature a series of graphic illustrations explaining natural phenomena such as kettle holes and forest fires. The exhibition is housed in an atmospheric historic stable building in Valborup, located in the Bidstrup Forests, and admission is free.
Exhibition design by Torden & Lynild.

All the signs are printed on plywood, with a transparent signature color for each zone and a white spot color for contrast on the infographics.
